1. Payment Terms

Payment is due within NET30 days of invoice date.

No GST is applicable.

A surcharge of 1% per month will be imposed on overdue balances.

2. Cancellations / Changes

Talks & Workshops (Signature Talks, Workshops and Trainings):

- More than 21 days before event: No charge.

- 15–21 days before event: 50% of contracted fee.

- Less than 14 days before event: 100% of contracted fee.

- One complimentary reschedule permitted if requested at least 14 days before the event.

MindKit™ Sessions, Activities, and Retreats:

- More than 30 days before event: No charge.

- 15–30 days before event: 50% of contracted fee + full material/kit costs incurred.

- Less than 14 days before event: 100% of contracted fee + full material/kit costs incurred.

- One complimentary reschedule permitted if requested at least 21 days before the event.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

- Less than 24 hours before event: 100% of contracted fee applies.

3. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (including government restrictions, emergencies, or natural disasters), Empatho will work with the client to reschedule the session without penalty.

4. Substitute Trainers

If the assigned trainer is unavailable, Empatho reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute trainer. Cancellation in this case will not incur any penalty.
